Milk + honey spa seeks talented, dynamic estheticians for our new location opening in the new Hill Country Galleria! milk + honey spa offers a unique spa experience to its customers, offering a full range of treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and natural nail therapy in a hip, yet relaxed atmosphere. We aim to provide a unique spa experience for our employees as well, with a benefit package we think is unparalleled in the industry.

Minimum Requirements
At milk + honey we have very high standards and expect that our employees are focused in creating a wonderful environment for our clients. Do not apply for this job if you are resistant to change, can’t adapt easily, are cranky, moody, pessimistic, or don’t enjoy being around people.

Additional requirements include:
• Have all esthetics/cosmetology licenses up to date
• Have a positive and energetic attitude
• Love sales and selling spa products, be comfortable upgrading clients on treatments
• Have the ability and track record to reach sales/retain goals
• Be comfortable performing waxing services, including Brazilian waxes
• Be comfortable performing facials on men, women, and teenagers
• Thrive in a team based atmosphere
• Love customer service
• Be comfortable and respectful in sharing the work environment with other estheticians
• Be able to work with all different types of facial products, peels and waxes
• Be able to give clients education and instruction to continue their spa experience at home
• Be able to build a strong client base and maintain client retention
• Be punctual and responsible
• Be available for some evening, weekend and holiday work
• Spa experience is highly preferred, but not required.

  • Be available for some evenings, weekend and holidays
  • Spa experience is highly preferred, but not required.
